As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Initially qualifying in Person-Centred Counselling, I later expanded my expertise with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows me to combine a compassionate, client-led approach with practical techniques to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.
In addition, I incorporate mindset and motivational coaching, empowering clients to build confidence, set clear goals, and achieve personal growth. My focus is always on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insights, and make positive changes in their lives.
